Was my membership from the Jessica Spiers website migrated to the new membership platform?
Yes, all existing member's from the old platform were migrated to our new membership platform.
Existing members were sent two emails to complete their migration.
One email to confirm their billing account and a second email inviting them to complete their account setup in the new membership area.
If you did not receive these emails, please click here to contact us and we'll be happy to resend your invite to the membership.
I bought a membership but can't access the membership area.
Please make sure you check your email inbox for an invite asking you to complete your account setup and profile for The Living Well Membership area.
The Living Well Membership area uses the same email address used to purchase your subscription but requires a separate password and profile setup.
